So your opinions on threat marker

I’ve searched for a proper threat marker thread and didn’t found one, so…yeah.

Title says it all, basically.
In my opinion and experience it’s mostly a cosmetic feature - yeah, its looks cool as an attachment, as an actual marker, it is stylish, but thats just it, nothing really special.
Besides AR one is lvl 4, and a lot of players gonna take an SMG at this point. Same goes for BR - it’s lvl 6 and people gonna choose a DMR over it (yeah-yeah, I know a lot of you still don’t have one, sorry) I haven’t unlock SMG and DMR markers yet, maybe I’ll change my opinion when I do.

Tried it once. Dont really like it. If it was attached to my classic or longshot BR it’s be cool. But nah.

I liked it at first, but realized it doesn’t really help much. It just looks cool. I thought maybe the bullets would track, but they don’t.

it was nice sometimes if someone goes into cover cuz you can see where they’re hiding but that’s about the only benefit I’ve noticed

One of the most useless / pointless additions.
I get it is possibly hard to keep coming up with stuff that “makes” sense, and the idea is cool and fun to try but in the end I much rather prefer an OP silencer instead of a red reticle tracking people, you can already track people with the advanced sensor which by the way is WAY to OP IMO.

It could be cool to see maybe an assault rifle variant which had tracer shots (a bit like suppressor) but with slower rate of fire.
