If you scroll through you should see the 23 that I unlocked about an hour ago. Don’t get me wrong, cheers for the gamerscore but what’s up with this? Is everyone getting this or is this some bug that I’ve happened to get?
This happened to me the other day; logged in and immediately got 17 achievements unlocked for 450g. Some of them I’m pretty sure I legitimately earned and never got credit for because of the DLC bugs, but there are also several others I know I shouldn’t have. I’m not sure what’s going on.
343 released an update for glitched Halo 4 achievements about a week or so ago. I was sure it was just supposed to fix achievements that people had earned, but not actually popped, but it seems to have unlocked a bunch of DLC achievements for everyone regardless of if they actually got them or not. I’m not sure if that was intentional, haven’t seen much talk about it either way
Same thing happened to me. Pretty sure they were glitched achievements that I had already earned but never actually ‘got’ until the fix gave them in bulk.
Its for people who own the DLC maps. it was to do with some of the DLC achievements bugging out and been unlockable for some people even though they had met the requirements for them. so 343i made a quick update that unlocked any missing DLC achievements that were prone to this issue. I had the Active Camo one become unlockable for me, but when I logged in a few weeks back, it and about 7 others all unlocked.
This whole update thing was mentioned on Twitter and in one of the recent Halo Bulletins.
As long as you met the requirements for them in DLC maps, they will unlock for you now, at least that’s what I’ve come to understand. plus there’s more threads like this lying around this forum. so if you’re still curious then read on.
