Now I am thinking about buying Halo 5 later (around december), and I kinda find it sad, that these weapons you can get from pre order might actually be game changers. That probably means that us who buy the game later, will have an disadvantage, since those weapon skins are permanent right?
Weapon skins are cosmetic.
No. You don’t get anything in the pre-orders that modify the game.
Well, except Req. Packs. They unlock weapons in Warzone that greatly modify things, like a long ranged BR with an insta-kill melee! But you need to be at Req. Lvl. 8!
as far as i know you can unlock all of it eventually anyway, and you need to level up with lots of gameplay to be able to use the best req cards you have in warzone. i mean its cool having the preorder stuff and they are exclusives for each version but as far as i know 343 confirmed you can unlock them anyway, (how hard that is to do i have no idea)

It’s all one use stuff for Warzone abd apparently you can earn everything simply by playing and opening packs.

No…all weapons available through retailers may be unlocked in the game, via, req system. They are not exclusive, from what I heard. YouTube Halo 5 exclusive dlc. There should be a channel talking about it not being so “exclusive.” This is good new for me. I want that plasma auto rifle.
