Remember the base EMP that happened every while in some bases in Halo 2 Anniversary BTB?
I thought that was going to be included in halo 5.

Yeah so did I, strange why a lot of features haven’t been added.
The what?
I think that was just meant as a new feature for that specific map in H2A. Like Sanctuary had the waterfall that came down in front of the base when you shot that yellow thing.

In Coagulation remake, the base made an EMP which caused all vehicles to stop working just like a fulled charged plasma shot.

… What in the world. I NEVER EVEN KNEW THAT. I just watched a video about it. Little off-topic here, they should have used the graphics engine from H2A… Seriously.
An EMP station, be it neutral or on bases, would nice on a WZ map. Maybe having a single large turret to help guard an armoury/garage or maybe the central base would be nice. (Spend REQ points on smaller defensive turrets? Either automated or similar to Shades).
Having a gap that can only be traversed by teleporters or light bridge, jumpable at some spots by light vehicles and infantry but not heavy vehicles, and of course, the teleporters and light bridges can be toggled on and off.
Maps are too static, regardless of random AI (which is not aggressive enough).
I do say, imagine a WZ-Assault map where light bridges don’t allow the offense the ability to stray too far from their objective as man-cannons aimed from the defense allow said defense to get to base.
In WZ, those light bridges need to be turned on, to allow vehicles to cross, but can also be turned off to stop or even DROP the enemy (maybe teammate
I prefer a timer on the bridges so that they don’t stay on permanently once activated. Even if it’s for a minute (which is quite long in combat time), that way the bridge can’t be camped on, or reliably used to feed vehicles across without someone getting out once in a while to allow the way.
I didn’t even know about that, but there was a Halo 4 DLC map that had a similar feature.
