Just want to get an idea of how many like it vs how many don’t. I’ve been playing for hours and I love it. Not just new game fever either because I -Yoinking!- hated Halo 4 from day 1.
I know I am. Few glitches but loving what I’ve played for the most part. Should be rounded into shape by launch
I’m liking what I’m playing so far, need to play more though to get a full opinion.
why you read my mind i hates h4 from day1 but this i love
I hated even the beta of h4. Only liked campaign story barely touched the mp it left a distaste in my mouth
I’m really enjoying it so far for sure. A few minor tweaks would be good but for a beta a year out from launch it’s awesome.

There was no Halo 4 beta
Best halo ever…

My mistake. Mixed up reach. Forgot no public beta of h4. Reach I loved tho
I love it. This game is amazing. It increases the skill gap and it’s very well balanced. I personally think that 343i is going to the right direction.
I like all the overall gameplay concepts fine.
auto aim is way too high and behaves like a generic sensitivity drop when your reticle gets near someone (playing on 10 sensitivity). The problem is, this causes the reticle to get stuck in the mud while trying to get it onto a target. This causes overcompensation for the sensitivity drop, and in turn causes over aim.
The early conjecture that Halo 5 has “less” auto aim is imo completely inaccurate. The auto aim is simply poorly done, and I think causing a lot of people to accidentally under-then-over-aim.

I have never understood why someone could play on 10, do you still believe in MW2 360 no scopes…
I play on four and find it nice to aim with however I could play on 6 but as I switch games I don’t like changing etc.
At four you can’t really 180 to face your opponent but I try to avoid that ever happening, so I don’t need higher.

Really. I feel like I have no auto aim at all. Strange.
Enjoying it a lot more than MCC multiplayer. Even without the issues that game has I realised the multiplayer just wasn’t that fun. Felt out of date. Halo 5 feels like playing Halo 2 for the first time only with dramatically improved mobility. In short: fun.
I am really digging it. Needs some balance adjustments for sure. And absolutely needs some polishing. ( it looks like a mid era 360 game. But they have a year left, halo always looks amazing when it comes out)
Some ideas for balance tweaks:
Make auto ads less accurate
BR needs a slight spread adjustment
Shields need more hit values (longer encounters)

Same. I notice no auto aim.
I’m finding it super fun. I love the abilities like cimbing and thrusters. To me, it feels like halo with a fresh take on multiplayer.
I’m currently enjoying it. Finding games is a bit slow though.

If I am not mistaken, I do recall someone from 343 saying they were going to tone down the auto aim. I want to say it was the interview with Josh in one of the Bulletins.

To be that guy, halo 4 did have a beta, just not a public one. Every game has a beta as a testing phase.
