And youâre clearly not giving credit where credit is due. No, this doesnât mean fall to your knees and start kissing their feet, but if you look at the awards in this second rotation, they are entirely cosmetics. Not one boost. So yes, they are actually listening to feedback.
Not really, and I mean this genuinely. Reddit is an even worse gauge of how players are feeling than here, as any opinion that is not Of the Collective is downvoted to where itâs hidden. A lot of people - myself included - just donât bother with r/halo for that very reason, and the cesspool of pessimism that it is.

I honestly enjoy the dislike button. More times than not they filter out the straight up useless response. I agree that you have your hiveminds on reddit that push all none popular opinions to the side, but the same thing exists on this site and even in this thread here too.
Yes. Censorship is a unique aspect of Reddit and certainly not the -Yoink- site you are on now. Grow up.

No, more often than not the comments that have been hidden simply have a differing opinion. Any and all praise - or even just not trashing - given towards the 343 games is met with about the same acceptance that vampires enjoy garlic.
Censorship is a unique aspect of Reddit, yes. And itâs one of the absolute worst. It is very ironic that youâre telling people here to âgrow upâ, when growing up would more lean towards not hiding away opinions that you donât agree with.

I dont know what you are talking about though, where the rewards have been made better, and the challenges have been changed from 7 to 10 in a week
Generally I have a normal conversation with people, even with the ones I do not agree with. Unless they act like assholes, which you tend to do 90% of the time. Then they either get ignored or get responded to in kind.
Ok. Say the F word. Say something political. Talk about gender. Do you think this thread will remain open? Or do you think it will be locked and censored? Try to go around the websiteâs censor multiple times. How long will it take before you catch a ban?

Reddit is a unique cesspool where the users themselves can censor their fellow Redditors simply for not holding the same opinion. Where as few as six people can hide your voice in a hole, and maintain this illusion of âPopular Opinionâ. Every forum has rules, and if you break those rules your privilege to post there is revoked; Reddit is the only forum where a user can be punished for breaking no rules at all.
Itâs why a lot of people who are positive on the current state of the Halo Franchise just donât bother.
His reply, to which you replied âgrow upâ, is entirely on point. You pointed to Reddit as some bastion of Opinions on Halo, as though itâs the true insight into how fans feel, but the truth of that is that Reddit is a massive clique buried and exclusive to their own brand of nostalgic bias. It is a terrible metric for judging how fans feel.
As well your comment to âgrow upâ came after menially retorting that this is a âcrap siteâ, insinuating that disliking Redditâs cliquiness equates with immaturity.

Human error. I meant to say âisnâtâ not âis.â Iâm not the worst at it by any means but English is my 4th language.
While that does happen, users are still able to see those hidden comments that have a high dislike ratio. It only takes one click.
While not the same way as reddit. Any post that is not about cosmetics usually does not get to see the light of day (like a vampire). The comments here are more relaxed for sure. I generally like the dislike button, but I do not like that it auto hides comments on Reddit. At least they still let you see them if you click a button, but still.

No. It was about how that website was unique and no other site censors content. That is why I addressed the censorship bit and did not say anything about the Youtubers.
All things considered, you made a fair assumption. You and I both are assuming the wrong idea about what the other person is saying so forgive me. Before you âspelled it out,â I, in fact, did not know what âyou meant.â I thought you were saying that reddit is the only site that uses censorship. Which I found to not be true.

Yeah the store isnât going anywhere, but actual constructive feedback is obviously working. See my comment about them removing 11 ranks of filler and replacing them with cosmetic items that they were previously going to sell.

No they didnât.
I still had to grind out 2 BTB games before I could get another Tenrai. It is still based on luck. There is a better chance of there being at least one Tenrai, because they added challenges, but if you are a free player and donât have the 4th slot unlocked through the battle pass, you still run into the problem with having to grind out a buggy game mode like BTB before you can get another Tenrai challenge.
Edit: It is a slight fix. Just pointing out that it is not a perfect fix by any means.
