So far there are still tenrai items in the shop and the challenges are lumped in with weekly challenges, 343 are you actually serious with this?

Uhh… You can open the Tenrai Event and see there’s more stuff in there (unless I’m completely misremembering the original event), and 343 never said there weren’t going to be Tenrai items in the store.
Edit: Also I don’t remember what 343 said about the challenges, but they increased the number of event challenges from 7 to 10. So it’s easier to unlock stuff now.

They really need to find the right dynamic between earnable items and the store. Not liking what I’m seeing right now.
With only a handful of earnables in the game, the store shouldn’t even be a thing. The way I see it, the content in the store and BP should’ve been part of a standard $40-60 release.

Except it isn’t because the event challenges are STILL mixed in with the weeklies. Honestly I don’t care what the reasoning is these fracture events should work like the Holiday event, play one game a day, because it’s clear 343 has no clue how to handle challenge systems. This game is such a poor show of bad game design it’s actually sad.

And I find that odd, too. Considering how well the commandations system worked, that should’ve been in the base game to begin with.
We didn’t need reworks to the challenges. I honestly can’t understand why they felt the need to change so much. They knew full well that their community would hate it.

That’s fine. All the second Tenrai event has proved to me is 343 isn’t actually listening to feedback, they just claim to, this entire game is a failure. The challenge system is still a flaming dumpster, and honestly the gameplay is stale and repetitive with such a small and mostly unusable sandbox.
Sorry I’ll be giving my time to MCC from this point forward. I wanted to give Infinite a second chance, and it failed spectacularly.

The entire Weekly and Upcoming Weekly doesn’t bloody work.
That should be the first thing they should aim to remove, or the game will forever be unfun trash.

Literally just go read the article. They padded the pass with cosmetics. They made sure you always have one event challenge, and they removed the marketing materials from the store into the pass
Well, was hoping this event would be enough to get me back on but we all know how 343 loves to disappoint. Guess it’s just back to MCC for a game nort meant to milk its players wallets at every opportunity.

Considering I haven’t done a challenge since the last tenrai event … or should I say attempted the challenges … I’m assuming I have plenty of swaps. Maybe enough to ignore all the other challenges and swap them.
However I have noticed that this time around you can do non tenrai challenges in the fiesta playlist. I noticed my assault rifle kills in PvP matches were going up. Pretty sure this didn’t happen in the last event.
That’s a gross misallocation of medicial resources. You know how many people on here who would need a scan?
That’s not any indication that there’s something wrong with them. They just don’t like the state the game is in and I’m agree with OP.
Challenges are a step down from the progression rewards system we’re accustomed to. Game needs work.

Simple fix. Either make the event challenges separate/just complete a match or allow all th e challenges to be progressed at the same time ala MCC.
But that would make the battle pass last even less and give less incentive to use XP boosts/skips.
Gotta get that money somehow

Honestly I don’t even like the Tenrai armor. I prefer the traditional Spartan Armor style.
So I’m mostyl just goingt skip out on stuff that partains to the Yoroi Armor. I don’t even wear it. Hell I wouldn’t even mind removing from my inventory.
I’m assuming we are going to be getting alot of coatings that are just the same coating locked to one thing though.
