Well I’m only at level 40 but seen lots of “level 70 stuck” threads.
And I have seen we shall get an E-mail (?) in these threads we need to write down. Kinda wierd for me that we need a code while 343i could press like a button that everyone can level up past 70 now. Like the playlist.
Anyway I first wonder do we get the code to our @xboxlive.com gamertag emails I have no idéa how that work (yet) or our regular our gamertags are connected with?
And if I get the code but accendantely delete it (I’m not in my E-mail soo often and ussually seen junk mail I don’t use to watch) how will I get past 70 then?!?

I am actually having a problem very similar to that at the moment… I received the email allowing me to get past level 70. I clicked it and redeemed the code, however I exited out of the web page immediately… I don’t know if there was something I was supposed to do after. I’m now level 70 and don’t have access to the new specs. When I try to redeem my code again, it says “already been used.” Not really sure what to do now 
Well I just found out that I won’t be getting a code because they sent it to a dead email that I used way back when I created my xbox live account. I was under the impression it would be sent to the email I use to log into xbox live and completly forgot about the other one… they only sent the code once… no resends… and if you didn’t get it no matter what the reason… your SCREWED! I’m taking my game back tomorrow to try and get a refund because I’m unsatisfied with this product
