I have no interest in playing this game with the lack of content. For me, MP is boring and has way too many issues, and I don’t see myself wasting my money on a shop when 343 has barely offered anything.
Sure, we have an open world, but it’s literally an empty open world that 343 seriously needs to look at other games that have open worlds, and give the players actually something to do other than stand there looking at the scenery, going Ooh, look at that, how entertaining.
So when is some actual content going to be added to this game?
I’m pretty desperate for it to be honest. For the next big thing, the live service “10 years of Halo”, we still have almost no insight into their plan outside of a couple of cosmetic events with gamemode tweaks and rough dates for Co-Op and Forge. We don’t even know if we are getting a new map before the end of this season at the beginning of MAY.
Considering they are struggling to just fix BTB, I dont think they can possibly predict what they are going to do and especially WHEN it would be done. They would most likely miss their schedule like crazy.
So they probably wont be making a roadmap public for a while, sadly.
I would love to see that “10 year plan” they supposedly had.
As noted by the person above you, they are struggling just to get the already existing BTB working. As many delays and issues as this game has, I honestly don’t even know if they can live up to their own roadmaps were they to present one. I would be hard pressed to believe them.
Yup, they really dropped the ball on this game. Maybe we will see a rise in players when they get forge (unless they screw that up too), but my optimism is quickly disappearing.
