I’m sure that they would, but frankly, I don’t think it would have the effect on store purchases that some think it would.
This is certainly a generalization I’ll catch flack for, but the kind of people who buy cat ears and whatnot aren’t the kind of people who are capable of boycotting something that they want. I’m sure there would be some vocal complaints here but they would still buy the same stuff, knowing that some people would see it, and that they themselves would see it. I don’t think they can stop themselves
Mate the worst part is that the items you’re talking about are so half -Yoink!- in how they’re literally SLAPPED together. have a look at the cyber event holographic visor and mohawk. Not only are they both off centre, but the visor is crooked by like 10 degrees. It is LAZY. The fire shoulders are a 2d texture??
Every F2P game ever turns into a Clown shooter by Season 3 like in that meme picture. The flaming effects used to only be for Bungie employees. Then used to be like the final reward that took a lot of grind to get. In Infinite it just shows someone wasted money.
