So, when are we getting an actual game because this Beta isn't cutting it

Yes, I said Beta because it still feels like the game hasn’t launched with the absurd amount of missing content, and I can’t even believe 343 prised the campaign at $60 in spite of the battle pass. Sorry guys, but running around in the open-world felt like I was playing Zelda, but with the game gutted in every aspect of it. Who the hell approved this?

Edit: It’s almost 2022 and 343 did a lot of talking over the last 7 years but they majorly fell short in what (They said was to be expected when the game launched.)

I’m glad I don’t pre-order nor will I buy a battle pass for things that should have been in the game without paying for it. Instead, we got a game that was literally gutted to be sold to us in pieces through a shop/battle pass. Talk is cheap these days people, it’s what actions that take place that matters and 343 had one of the biggest banks backing them up, yet they are handling this game worse than the previous game they created.

Stop talking 343 because a lot of us want to see action, we pay you guys well for it…

Baffled is the word choice I went with, because “utterly confused” just wouldn’t cut it.

Nah, I just tend to look at things for what they are. The open would does have some interesting structures but the landscape stays the same, it’s overly repetitive going to every little base/fob and the weather never changes as to what 343 said it would do. There is so much potential but it’s like they didn’t really care, as if it was pushed out product.

Well, the game is lacking hardcore when it comes to Halo and we went from the Beta, but nothing changed. Not hard to see that nothing changed.

Must be a you problem. I’ve put around 72 hours into the game and have been having a blast.

Obviously it could be better, but for now at least I have a game I can enjoy till the rest is released…

It’s unfortunate you picked the parts of the game that aren’t in the game yet as examples I have to follow up on, there’s so much more that you’re ignoring.

So in response to:

  • challenge system was revamped twice
  • new gamemodes and playlists were added
  • patches for performance purposes
  • the campaign

Just to name a few things added within the 10 days since launch.

But that’s not why I made my comment in the first place.

It had nothing to do with the level of effort of these changes, just suggesting there weren’t any changes at all. No need to move the goalposts.

As per many arguments I would’ve liked everything to go like this.

Halo 5 PC launch with matchmaking and proper crossplay

Then Halo infnite campagin launch with co op

Then infnite multiplayer and forge.

The first thing would stasify multiplayer and forge people as they would have a new population to play with and give the Halo 5 experience to PC players.

The second wouldve been all focused on the campagin and then the last would comeplete everything.

Saying grunt wasn’t really personal, but I’ve only been on here regularly for the last couple of weeks and you stick out like a sour thumb and reading what you typed anyone can see how much you are reaching here for something that isn’t there.

I keep telling you man. No matter what angle you come from this launch is one of the most horrendous things to happen to gaming. I’m only ONE person. I know thousands with my EXACT opinions. It’s sad that a lot moved on or are playing other games because they would say the same things I’m saying and this guy is another example of that. He’s PISSED. and so am I. Idk how every single word you speak isnt towards 343 right now. Idk how your not upset as we are
