So it seems that the news well for upcoming Halo games has run dry. HW2 is out, and there seems to be a halt on monthly REQ releases for H5. They also proclaim that there will not be any Halo related products for the E3 briefing (if not mistaken). So, with that said, what’s next? When will we know something?
I don’t know why but this sort of thing has been making me antsy.

Currently we don’t need to know anything but it would be nice to know what’s coming up next. This is the first time in a while that we don’t know anything about an upcoming Halo game.

We don’t, but like I said it just feels strange that they are totally dark about the project. I mean just very, very minor amounts of teases in the Community Update would be nice at the least. Ya know, things just to build off of and get conversations started is all, but so far it just feels…stagnant. Nothing is happening.

H3a haha,yeah no i dont think they would even if it would be a huge moneymaker and bring some players back
Sometimes it’s nice to have a little break, give everything a little breathing room

I think there focusing on HW2 content like new leaders and maps. As for Halo 5 it would be sweet to get a little hint for the next update.
I don’t recall anyone saying nothing Halo related will be at E3, just that there will be no other Halo FPS this year. I expect at least a teaser at E3. Bonnie Ross also said some Halo related things at a convention recently, at DICE I think it was?
We got the splitscreen news and a coulple other little tid bits. Ive recently gone back to replay the franchise on heroic for the umpteenth time but currently struggling to get through Halo 5, not due to it being hard mind you. I only got through 4 for the death star section near the end. I’m hoping we arent getting any news for a while and next E3 we get a tease and beta dates and a real campaign reveal the following year.
If they take time and listen to the community we can get a great game.

Not arguing but do you have a source for this? I web search for Halo news, 343 news, Xbox news, etc. every day and I haven’t seen that. Only that they confirmed no new Halo FPS games being released this year.
