I noticed no one has posted anything about this yet… possibly because they’re afraid of what will happen after.
So… should they keep going, and make a third trilogy? Or should they quit while they’re ahead?
Also, possibility of more side-stories? Frankie said “no more side stories that don’t go anywhere”. He never said “no more side stories”.
How should the franchise end? Master chiefs death? Humanity reigning the galaxy? I just hope they don’t give it a Lost ending, or Rosanne. Imagine this: end of halo 6. After all this, master chief wakes up from a dream and he’s like… woah… O.O
And finally, what will the several hundred thousand halo fans do after halo is over? Most of us have dedicated our lives to this game, and don’t do much else. Do we keep playing them over and over again? Do we go and play call of duty 9: super- modern- future world at warfare?
Just some questions I wanted to ask the halo community and see what they thought… plz no hate or flame comments.
I don’t think anyone ha brought it up because we don’t really know anything about the first game in the trilogy, let alone the third. There’s not really much to go on and it’s so far away that people are going to focus on more immediate things. I personally want Halo to expand further into other genres. It’s such a rich universe with so much potential. Halo could spawn numerous spin off series in different genres.
…call me crazy but shouldn’t we at least GET to Halo 4 before we even start pondering about after Halo 6?
Not to mention, there has been much talk on the fate of Chief. There are many threads here mentioning For and Against arguments whether Chief and/or Cortana should/will die. Thanks to that handy little unused gidget known as the Search tab right up there.

Nobody’s afraid of what will happen. Everyone wants to see what 343i has really got for a full trilogy. CEA was just their training session into a whole new level of development.
What happens when most beloved things come and go?
People move on or they dwell on it. People made it past the crucifixion, the recession and even Bush. I’m pretty sure they can get over a possible 20 year video game franchise finally ending.
IF there were any side stories, I’d love for them to touch up on anything that could’ve been done with Blue Team - John, Fred, Kurt, Kelly, Linda and even Sam.
However for now, let’s take it one step at a time since the community has more or less split over the quality of how 343i are handling things.
There were seven Halo rings at the start of H:CE, and in the first trilogy we managed to destroy only one (although that one twice). So I guess that we get to destroy another ring in the upcoming Reclaimer trilogy, which leaves opportunity for the next five trilogies to deal with the remaining rings.

Wouldn’t mind the Halo’s playing a role in the Halo series but I doubt we’re going to go and destroy all of them over the course of a few series. Either they wipe out life as it’s known or they’re destroyed at the same time is what I’d like.

i honestly wouldnt give a yoink. im going to keep buying Halo games as long as theyre being sold, and nothing will change that.
This kinda chat will come into play when Halo 4 gets released, People can only begin to guess how that will pan out first…hopefully more of the same great Halo we know and love.

The Song “You Make Me Wanna Shout” by the Temptations comes on and everyone starts dancing; it is then followed by freeze frame closeups of each character and a short blurb on what happened to them.
Also during Halo 6 Gravemind periodically yells “DELTA HOUSE” for no reason…
I dunno, it depends on how the series goes. Maybe it will end? Maybe it won’t? We don’t really have much to see or just exactly how big the latest threat to humanity is.
