if shadows of reach shows anything we might see gen 3 versions of centurion, argus, and Hermes and of course johns gen 3 mark VI but here’s what I hope we get in mp for gen 3. oceanic, FOTUS, commando, ODST, prefect, vanguard, C.I.O, anubus, atlas, orbital, grenadier, security, CQC (I know CQB is the better option but a man can dream), EOD, recon, scout, rouge, Fenrir, interceptor, operator, mark IV, mark V, and raider
so what armor do you think will be in infinte’s mp
I just hope the armor looks good. And that at least some of it is actually earnable like it was in Halo 3 or 4. So tired of the level up to unlock armour, or armour in random packs systems.
However, I will say there needs to be a good ODST armor set. Haven’t had one of those since Reach (kind of Halo 4 as well, but that was DLC, and the visor was weird).

Well since gen 3 is based on the package short armor I think it’s gonna look fine
im curious as to what gen 2 armors will transfer over to gen 3. Personally I hope to see Athlon, recruit, and stalker, as I believe these armors could be easily adapted to the classic-inspired art style.

I would actually love to see some of the cooler Halo 5 armors, specifically the Atlas armor, I always thought that armor looked super freaking cool, and having a more classic rendition of some of those armors would be awesome and maybe make more people warm up to the 343 designs more.

Hopefully my Air Assault/ Intruder helmet comes to play in Halo Infinite
Considering the artstyle being a bit more reminiscent to the older one, I doubt we will be seeing non-human origin based armor like the Fotus, Helioskrill or Reaper, which is personally fine by me, they looked silly anyway. But anything is possible considering 343 is full of surprises. I do however want the armor Linda and Kelly were wearing in the Shadows of Reach covers and have my own twist to them with the customizations. Hopefully there’s a armor coating set with a green and gold color scheme, that’s all I’ll be needing.
If the Recon armour doesn’t make a return then I will be sad.
