Hey guys.
Since we have so many threads on here talking badly about the things we dont want, how about some of the things we do want?
I can definitley say that i am glad the BR’s back, as its always been my favourite weapon, but i think we could use something more. What do you guys think?
I would also like to say i am hoping for the return of skulls. I remember spending countless hours searching for them in halo 2, and 3, and wish to see them return. Its so fun t have a secondary objective prompting you to explore deeper into the maps instead of staying on a set path.
Return of an easter egg? Who wants to see the Golden Hog finally make it into a halo game? I have been looking all over the place for this beauty since the release of halo 2, and want to see it actually utilised in a game somehow. While this is unlikely for campaign as it would make no canonical sense, how about it as an easter egg for a multiplayer map?
Lastly, what do you guys want? Ill be editing this post and putting in all the good ideas i see.

Another idea- Memorials for lost charachters would be something nice. EG: Johnson skull, places a random infinite ammo spartan laser and johnson cigar somehwer on the map.
Miranda and Jacob Keyes: You could find two small models or hlograms of the Pillar of Autumn and In Amber Clad next to a set of “Keys.”
Any other ideas?

I’d like to see a proper ranking system implemented in matchmaking. I’d be nice to have the 1-50 system back but if they combined reach’s system with the old system, for example, a Commander Grade 2 (ranking up by credits as you play games regarless of whether you win or lose, like reach) with a 25 highest skill on the side (to show how good the player actually is in the game within that certain playlist, earned the way you earned skill in Halo 3) I’d be pretty ok too.
More options for forge world maps. Sick of seeing all the gray.
Whatever they’re gonna call the power ups of this game to be actually picked up in the map and not be recieved in a load out whenever you spawn.
The removal of Armor Lock. Armor lock severely slows down the pace of a game (I’ve never had to stand for 4 seconds at a time to kill an opponent in halo before. lol wut) and gives the user an unfair chance to survive despite their mistake of rushing in.
Skulls. Agree with everything you said about them.
Vehicles that aren’t made of toilet paper. A sniper rifle can bring down a tank in a matter of seconds. What happened?
Better maps. Reach’s maps ranged from ok to horrid. Zealot was probably the best map they gave us and Sword Base was probably one of the worst in Halo history.
No bloom. But I think it isn’t returning based on what 343 have given us.
That’s all I can think of at the moment. Reach was a great game, but is highly surpassed by Halo 3 and 2 in terms of fairness and competetivity (I’m sure this isn’t a real word but I’m too lazy to check) and has lots of room for improvement.
I hope nothing I said sparks a flame war. D:
