This is getting ridiculous, the game has been out for 4 months now (I think?) and they still haven’t made anymore maps for warzone. Now I know what your thinking:

This is my response to these quotes right here:
- Yes…every month…for a casual playlist that everyone plays the most. Are you kidding me? Warzone is slowly losing players thanks to the lack of maps on it, I used to have friends that play this game, oh wait they decided to play something else BECAUSE THERE ISN’T ENOUGH CONTENT. I love the idea of releasing content each month but seriously…do you think it will work? Just take note that is like only 5 ranked playlists and 3 casual playlists. One of them being a spawn kill fest (let alone I can’t even play on it) another not being able to play on it anymore (something to do with Aus servers apparently) and the other has Spartan Companies roaming about all over it. As I said before, I like the idea of content each month, however the fact that there is very little things to do without being stressed to insanity, this is getting a bit ridiculous. Hell I wouldn’t mind if they could make some maps for WZ from forge. - there is four. The other 4 are remixes of the same map. Having a storm or making it night time doesn’t make a difference. Take note that I can’t even play WZA because Australian servers won’t even allow me to play WZA as I have said above. Honestly I think removing WZA altogether would help with Warzone because maybe we can get more maps for it. - Arena and Warzone are two entirely different things. Arena doesn’t exist in my mind because all the playlists are ranked. I came to have fun, not to craze over what rank I am. As for BTB again, I can’t even play it anymore thanks to Aus Servers. Not to mention I also came to play Halo 5 to fight bosses, coordinate to take it down and such. I love the chaotic mess Warzone can bring. Arena just feels…odd compared to Warzone. I mean when you look at it, arena is like a man in a tuxedo with a subby and Warzone looks like Rambo.
So for all those who didn’t even read any of the above (I can understand why lol) let me give you the short version:
We need more Warzone maps. Like we REALLY need more Warzone maps. 4 isn’t going to cut, we need like 10 at most (not including WZA). I don’t care if use forge, or paint, or photoshop, or a coloring book. We need more maps otherwise this game is going to die. I love this game to death, but its getting way more stale then it needs to be.
We are getting 2 more WZ and 2 more WZA maps between now and june. They announced the release schedule before the game even came out.
What pisses me off the most is that they announced there would be 6 at launch but we only got 3. Counting Warzone Assault maps as separate maps was very misleading.

You can’t just disregard a large portion of the multiplayer just because you don’t like it.

Whilst more warzone maps would be ideal they are large maps with lots of encounters and previous halo games never had many big team battle maps as well to start off with, and those added in DLC where never played after the initial month DLC playlist as getting 16 people with the DLC just never happened. Free DLC means we get stuff a bit slower but we will get more maps.
(And yes the whole, warzone assault maps counting as “New maps” is a bit outrageous as they literally are just the same maps with a few deleted structures and worse lighting, but oh well)
And how about maybe some developer made maps for BTB?
Or is that just a silly request from 343?
Well they had 3 before and along with that its not like the community can help them
As long as adding more WZ and WZA maps doesn’t contribute to the lag issues…

Ahh probably should rephrase that Arena part:
I do like Arena do not get me wrong, I just prefer Warzone simply because I get to play against players at all skills, not just the ones at my skill (Although through my experience with me being in Plat 1 I just get stomped on 4/5 games. Dunno if I got the wrong rank or its because I’m versing alt accounts which I doubt, or I just suck in general). Besides all I play is Team Arena or Slayer. Any other playlist and I have to sit there for 20mins just to find out that I don’t even get a game or I end up getting one and everyone just leaves.
If I had any reason to disregard Arena for any reason, it’s because I can never get a game in FFA or BTB and breakout I just plain suck at (not really a factor but anytime I seem to play it, I just don’t have fun in it.). This is probably why I said all the playlists are ranked.

Can’t tell if that is good news or bad news. If they said that before the game even came out, its possible that they will change the release times. By the time even when those maps come out there will probably be a very small population of people playing by then.
Next time when Halo 6 comes round (still to early to mention Halo 6), hopefully they will have enough content to actually do this monthly update system again.
