You know, that helmet that was leaked in the defiant map pack pics on ign, then the teddy bears in the anniversary maps?

The picture wasn’t leaked, it was meant to be released to the public, heck even a ad picture for the Defiant Pack was on the dashboard showing the new helmet at one point.
The helmet itself was something that was most likely planned for Armour DLC if 343 could figure out how to do that without a huge patch but it seems like it was cut as confirmed by Chad Armstrong (Shishka) at 343.
It was confirmed that the picture shown for the new Defiant Map Pack, was nothing more than concept art work, and the Helmet WAS NEVER IMPLEMENTED INTO THE GAME!!!
My God, this has been going on for nearly a year now, and there is more crap and BS posted about this damn thing than ever before, since the “little dollies” were discovered, and posted about. MORE clues to the location and getting this GRD HELMET…people get a life and wise up…you got trolled.
Even if you had a Microsoft Xbox, meaning the one you get working for them as a developer and contractor, the GRD Helmet coding isn’t even on the Halo:Reach disc, and couldn’t be added, just like no new armor could or can be added.
OTHERWISE, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT ALREADY!!!
PLEASE…Lets not waste time and effort flooding THIS form with countless, and worthless threads and post about this, “helmet”.

Concept Art is out of game stuff, on paper/computer things.
The ‘GRD’ helmet was in Reach on Dev Kits while testing the Defiant map pack, anything is possible on a Dev Kit if its kept as a local .xex for Reach considering its offline.
The picture was merely taken from a gameplay on a Dev Kit and posted online, the helmet was ORIGINALLY planned to hit most likely with the Defiant Map Pack but didn’t due to time constraints as said by Chad Armstrong at Halo Fest.
Same thing that happened to the bird flu, global warming, the hole in the ozone layer, Y2K, and H1N1.

Pop in reach, play LNoS, push hrough until you’re standing before the staircases to the Sabre, right where a marine is standing there should be a HUGE 04. Now from that 04 look a little downright and there shud be GRD with some lettering

honestly would be nice to have a GRD helmet. i still wouldn’t use it though but still. hahaha would be nice to have something to use my C for.

The ‘GRD XXXXX’ on the wall was placed by Bungie, 343 Industries is making Halo 4, so its not a ‘hint’ at all.
Considering the GRD helmet was based off a helmet from BUNGIE’s Marathon game, it’s not likely.
Play through the last mission solo legendary all skulls on using just your fists in under 20 minutes and the helmet will unlock
