So the Nemesis mod...

has there been anymore info or more clarity as far as the Nemesis mod goes?

I heard that the waypoint over the last person who killed you only stays there for a short bit after you respawn. Which makes it worthless if you ask me. Was really looking forward to just knowing where the rocket guy is at all times if he kills me.

You die, you spawn, you see a big red X waypoint over the head of the person who last killed you for like 3-5 seconds. Then it dissappears.

Do you even realize how cheap this would be? Im guessing not.

true story, I’ve been trying to get a solid layout of exactly what it does (like i read somewhere that it marks people you’ve shot at and ran). like how long the duration of the waypoint is, who gets the waypoint, and what all encompasses the causes of the waypoint to mark someone. But all leads just give me a vague description of what it does.

All i know is that if you are killed by someone then it points you to their location for a short period of time so i can only assume that’s all it does

essentially this is what i guessed.

It only would be if you were constantly killed by the most crucial members of the enemy team. Its no lie that there are always “cannon fodder” people on the enemy team and you get killed by them too. So if you got killed by someone who isnt as well off as others than you have no advantage.

This would be a problem for players that are using armor abilities like cloak and hologram. You would never be fooled by the imitation and always see them when cloaked making the abilities selectively useless compared to the other six.

I’m fine with the way this ability is as long as it doesn’t start counting down before you spawn assuming that you don’t instant respawn. Maybe increase the duration by a few more seconds but nothing too drastic or above ten seconds.
