Apparently are the only ones with authority to speak when you save/fight with them? I rarely hear the male Marines dialogue in campaign.

I hear mostly the male marines oddly. I started a new save to pick up some skulls I missed and it seems to be just a strange form of RNG.

I’ve had nearly only female Marines in my little fire teams. Idk if they’re tryna do this on purpose or what.

I’m not quite sure if I really understand here. In previous games most marines were male. In this one they are female. That is indeed an observation.
Is this news or something?
I was in a Razorback with 4 Marines and a Marine woman. The marine woman was making comments about being aggressive and fighting bravely and a marine told her to shut up that they were going to hear us. It was a very embarrassing situation. 
It is simple RNG, you give too much importance to things that do not have it to see ghosts where there are none.

Literally only hear male marines when doing rescues.
Swear to god halo fans will literally complain about the stupidest most inconsequential things. They should seriously ban people like you from posting holy hell. Just play the game for the love of god.

jesus christ I had no idea the Halo community was filled with bigots. It’s not some agenda, it’s not some ‘‘woke’’ thing. It’s just how you’ve noticed it and you turn your own internalized insecurities against the game.

Summary
If you want to go that far, then realistically there should be no female marines in front line infantry combat. Yes, this is a piece of fiction and a video game, but in real life men and women are different because we are a sexually dimorphic species, and women are significantly less suitable for combat than men are. That’s just a biological and anatomical fact. So much so, that as our own military forces in the US are trying their hardest to shoehorn women into combat roles, they are having to lower standards across the board in order to allow women the same chance that men have in combat arms roles. If you want to see the results this has in terms of military readiness, all you have to do is compare the last couple of years of recruitment ads from the US, Russia, and China, and ask yourself which is the more capable fighting force based on their apparent priorities.
It is simply a fact that women are not as capable of fighters as men in infantry combat. No amount of social shaming and calling people “bigots” will ever change that. So when media represents the opposite of that reality, there most certainly is some kind of agenda involved, even if it’s as innocuous as wanting a piece of fiction to be as relatable to as many people as possible. You can call that ‘insecurity’ as much as you like, but it just shows that you’re fortunate enough never to have had actual security be one of your concerns.

Summary
Cry all you want, but biology and anatomy are essential, and that is borne out in every day experience as well as military doctrine. Even when trying to make things equitable between men and women in combat arms roles. The top 10th percentile of women are as strong as the average man. Male high school sports teams can and do beat the best female sports teams in the world, which is the reason there’s a division between men and women’s sports. That’s not because of prejudice, it’s because women can’t compete on a level playing field with men in terms of athletics. It’s a biological reality and nothing you say, and no amount of censorship or moderation, will ever change it.
