I do love split-screen. But I don’t play halo infinite in a convientional way. I play this game with gyro aiming using a ps5 controller and steam input. I do this by binding mouse movement to the gyroscope. So when I move the controller itself, the camera moves. Sounds clunky, but it’s a better way to aim than using the stick alone.
But when split-screen comes, I know that keyboard & mouse and controller inputs would be seperate and can’t be used at the same time. I hope that 343 would natively support the ps4, ps5 and switch controllers so that I can use gyro aiming but still have split-screen. But I don’t think that’ll bet the case considering it is a Microsoft game, and they don’t want people buying other controllers
