With the abundance of shotguns and the free starting minishotgun am I to takei it that halo has nearly lost its abilty to produce a quality close quarter fight. It seems that 343i has decided to get rid of any idea of some fun cqc showdowns. In the first week it was possible to throwdown with anotheer, but with the multiple personal ordinance shotgun drops and boltshot this doesn’t seem possible anymore. Even the maps scream long range combat. I can deal with the dmr and br fights but at my core I am a get in your face kind of player. I dont care about k/d, it just gets monotonous when I alway get a shotgun to the face or unfair distance boltshot death.
