You know, I wouldn’t care if I was locked out of a game type- I could play it in custom games with friends… but there are achievements tied to this gametype. Can it just have its own playlist? Because, I’m locked to a 2 in my gamerscore because I can’t even attempt hat trick.

Action Sack has gametypes such as Quickochet and Shotgun Ricochet. It is your best bet at the moment, and until Ricochet sees another rotation, you won’t have much else to choose from.
I’m pretty sure that Ricochet is in Team Slayer. I think I remember it in Big Team Infinity Slayer, but I’m probably wrong.

This is not something that should be an option. There are SOOOO MANY gametypes in action sack. This locks players out of an oddly numbered achievement.

The Champions Bundle only provided early access to it in matchmaking. You’re about ten months late on that–it was made available in matchmaking to everyone in September 2013.
This is me from about 3 weeks back. I thought that since Team DLC was a playlist I’d get the Hat Trick achievement and my Gamerscore would be non-weird looking in no time. But Ricochet (basically a DLC gametype) NEVER showed up in the DLC playlist. After several hours of bearing through stupid matches I had enough and went to Team Action Sack in hopes for Quickochet and Shotgun Ricochet. It took a while for one to show up but first game I managed 3 goals and now my Gamerscore looks normal again.
Besides this whole annoying Gamerpoints thing Ricochet is a really fun gametype and it should definitely show up more often if not have its own playlist.
I won’t say that having achievements tied to it isn’t a good reason to make it available, because it is. But a better reason is because it’s very fun.
