I demand a receipt of the receipt of the receipt showing you bought Limited Edition.

If you don’t provide it you are clearly lying. If you provide them, then your fault, no refund.

Limited Edition Game or Console? (Console doesn’t include Map Pass).

Delete Infinity Actual Kit and Crimson DLC.

Dashboard → Settings → Account Management → Download history and download the Infinity Actual Kit and Crimson DLC again.

Boot up Halo 4 and see if it’s OK.

Nevermind I just restarted the game and it fixed itself.
