343 tried it there way and people complained, 343 are only doing this due to community feedback, most people just use the default search anyway.
You have three search preferences… two that have skill and connection as parameters. The problem is the population isn’t exactly huge so no you aren’t going to get perfect match ups every time.
I like what they did don’t get me wrong and its helpful. Idk what about it screed me over. Ever since they added the search perameters my team has won like 5 games out of the 20+ I play a week. I’m not the best player in the world but this is ridiculous.

It could be that not many on your skill level are searching under certain parameters so basically you’re getting stuck with those highly skilled because those are the only ones the search can find. This has been happening to me too so I just went back to default.
