I’ve been on this forum for a long time and I’ve been through quite a few game releases but I think it’s time to pack it in and call it quits. While I quite enjoyed the extensive and exhausting debates and all the friends I’ve made here, I find that the more I post on this forum, the less joy I’m getting but the more negativity I’m getting. I’m not enjoying Halo as I used to because I’ve become enamored by frame rate, features, gameplay and seeing people complain about everything that’s not important from grunt eyes to the rear axel for the warthog.
I’ve realized that this isn’t fun anymore. It’s not fun to be constantly barraged by complaints and see people tear down, deconstruct and take the fun out of one of my most loved gaming series. In the end, I realize that it’s just a video game and I shouldn’t take the internet so seriously, but when it started to physically make me stressed I knew I had to make a change.
So thanks for everything! You guys keep doing your thing and enjoy Halo. I’m going to go, maybe I’ll try and find out why I love this series so much in the first place.
