I’ve had issues with lag. People running into walls, Me dying randomly. I’ve had no choice but to leave games. My internet is fixed, but I got a 2 day ban. I’ve heard 343 likes to throw the ban hammer around.
If you are up to a two day ban you had a quitting problem along with your internet problem.

Man, I am a semi frequent quitter of bs matches. And I’ve never been banned. So you must have left a TON to get banned.

If it is an actual lag issue check you NAT on your router/modem see if PnP is on or go to xboxlive support forum they have a step by step instructions on how to port forward.
So the OP has 7 DNF out of 9 games in war zone and 6 DNF out of 10 games in arena in his recent history. Should have fixed that inter issue before playing so many games online.
I was kicked out TWO TIMES yesterday. I had no lag, and got no message or error code when I got back to the menu. Made me Very upset because I was using Rare XP boosts both times.
