They didn’t say a certain time. Once it’s the 1st of the month then you can complain.

yes, they did - It was in the small print at the bottom of the promo. I’ve been complainging because i’ve been level capped for over 2 weeks.
Your issue not theirs, and check your Spam Folder it is appropriately placed there in most cases.
It is also very early in the morning, perhaps you should return to bed you seem grumpy.
If they didn’t put a date by the 30th which is the 29th on their advertising then people wouldn’t be so mad. But this company straight up lied to their customers. False advertising

First you want to return the game just for that reason? thats low
Second: They said “Players who bought the standard edition and played between Release and November 20, will receive a code for additional 6 Specialization on November 30. not 20 to 30.”
Also if you did not play 100 matches in War Games, you will not recieve the code, good luck.

They said a certain day, not a certain time. Like others have said, wait until the day ends then you can complain all you want.
No one lied to you, and if its that big of a bother then please retire yourself from the game, its quite simple.

Perhaps :P, in general most of the community has not even reached Rank 50 yet, people simply need to keep their -Yoink!- on, they will receive their codes if they did what was required.
At this point, these threads have become irrelevant, have patience.

Just relax a bit, before you give yourself an ulcer; after all complaining won’t get you anywhere any faster. I realize you put in a lot of time to get yourself to the point you are now, but really they aren’t going to ship you a code because you complain to them about not having it. It doesn’t work for children and I’m sure it won’t work for 343i either…they will email the codes, but until then just enjoy the game. I suppose that’s the only advice I can give at this point, but it’s your call and your thread so have at it.

Patience is a virtue. It’s still the 30th. Because they said between the 20th and 30th doesn’t mean they have emails waiting until the clock ticks over to the 30th, then someone presses a button and they all send. Just wait.

Correction you had to play between RELEASE and the 20th of November to receive the code BY November 30.
so for the slow brained players NOVEMBER 30 IS THE CODE RELEASE IF NOT NOVEMBER 30 DECEMBER 1. GET IT NOW?
For the unfortunate ones, EU will not receive the code. all complaints must be posted at 343i community forum.
I have been capped at 70 for two weeks too. It sucks. Especially, when you finish commodations and achievements and see a big fat 0 on the xp earned.
