General Discussion is used for general Xbox & Halo discussion not fit anywhere else.
Waypoint has no official off-topic section, mainly because it is generalised and aimed at the Halo community.
The General Discussion section is for any topics which relate to video games, assuming that these topics aren’t based on Halo and can fit in another thread like your thoughts on a certain Halo Reach map which would go back in the playlist feedback topic. There is 1 off topic topic in the General Discussion thread which is entitled Yo!.

Man… if there were an off-topic forum… I’d create a thread called “Bring Back eight-tracks!” to parody all the “Bring Back” threads out there right now…
