So is the rest of Legends: Origins true?

(Halo: Primordium Spoilers)

So that bit of foreshadowing at the end of Halo: Legends: Origins Part II was true: a monitor was revived (343 Guilty Spark), just as the final images of Origins depicted: a blue monitor being activated.
So is the rest of Origins true?

At the end of Origins, we also see a Gravemind handing a blue AI chip (Possibly Cortana), to the Master Chief, before the Chief is teleported to a Halo ring above an Ark. Simply images, or more foreshadowing, just as the revival of 343 Guilty Spark?

As far as i know, Halo: Origins is very cannon.
