It is less than a month away from launch and it feels like everything (besides forge and theater) has been shown to use in terms of weapons that it seems like it was forgotten, and with Brutes pretty much at this point confirmed not to be in halo 5, who would really wield it?
Well Halo 4 didn’t have any Brutes either, but still had the Gravity Hammer in the arsenal. If they want to bring back Griff ball they’ll surely have to add it

I’m sure the good ol’ bam stick will be in the game. If it isn’t, Grifball will look really odd with golf clubs.

No, Grifball has not been confirmed. Kevin Franklin mentioned Grifball in his talk at DICE Europe but that’s it.
That said, we also haven’t seen everything I don’t think so looks like we won’t know until we get the game at this rate.
I’m beginning to suspect its not there which is a shame. Was a really fun weapon to use.
Lets hope its in the game!

I think this will be the same case for Guardians. Grifball is a mainstay in the series since Halo 3, it would be a shame to see it excluded. But then again, many things have changed. We cannot be sure.

I always figured it was a little arsenal room in which they collected a variety of weapons, including covenant and human weapons. There were also two hammers on Midnight. One was a hidden Easter egg.
Frank O’Connor answered on NeoGaf months ago and said “I think I saw a Hammer.” when someone asked him if it was in the game. So pretty much confirmed, unless it’s some Promethean hammer.
In the Sprint an outline of the Gravity hammer was shown…

That easter egg was pretty cool. Always forgot the order to destroy the spires in though.
We need the Gravity Hammer like dude my life wouldn’t be complete without it.
I don’t see why it wouldn’t be
I’d be shocked if they left out the hammer, but then again 343 did change the look of the iconic rocket launcher.
