I really don’t care though. Just having Spartans was good enough in Halo CE and it’ll be good enough in Halo 4.

and i dont think they would work they look to tall
im pretty sure thats why the elites were hunched over in h3
Nah, just give me Spartans only.
Not that I’m really against the concept of Spartans vs “others” but the idea never really worked that well.
Sure, it did work in H2 because there was no real difference between Spartans and Elites, but in Reach for instance the Elites were stronger but then got weaker starting weapons so they essentially were screwed over majorly.
So just Spartans vs Spartans is good enough for me.
Besides: you can still have stuff like Invasion with just Spartans. I’d say it might even be more balanced that way…

In Halo CE we hadn’t already had Elites dangled in front of our faces for 8 years. That’s a HUGE difference.
Ok now just think if you could play as any of the races in the halo universe, and play on a galatic scale. Yes I started treading a halo mmo dream from bnet in the past.

I’m mildly sure that 343 has hinted we’ll be playing as another faction in an asymmetric gametype similar to Invasion.
You can’t play as Knights for the same reasons you can’t play as Elites:
A: I don’t really think that they’d let Elites and Knights onto a UNSC ship just to train.
B: They’re all different sizes and shapes. Knights are about 10 foot tall.

I’ve explained myself to you already. And I still don’t think you fully understand.
Like how just because it’s a video game doesn’t mean it’s not a part of my life. I EXPERIENCE this video game. When I play it, it is happening. A TV show is usually fictional, but it’s story affects you in some way.

343i i’ll pay for the dlc to play as them…
I’d like something to make the Elite fans happy, because I want everybody to be happy with this game. 
Also, it’s sometimes fun to play as an Elite.
I think that would look really stupid.
I think the way the story works with MP in Halo 4 is that it is just a “game”, like a projection. So in theory you could play as anything in MP and it would fit with the canon. So there could be Elites and there could be Brutes, I just doubt that there will be. Can’t be killing millions of soldiers every year for training.
Yeah because that would make sense. Nothing like a bunch of 10 foot tall A.I. types running around for balance issues.

Would it be so hard to do what Epic did for GoW and just scale them down so they’re equal in height.

I’d much rather have the Elites. If they are playable then so much for the “Infinity can’t simulate the Enemy” theory that’s so popular.
