…and it might be one of my favorite Halo games. Besides the poor graphics (yes, I’m one of those people), this game is very entertaining. I didn’t buy all of the DLC yet, but Team Slayer is great! Not to mention I seem to be picking up the controls very quickly, and I’m very happy with my 2.0+ K/D, since I don’t usually get that high.
I started my Halo career with Halo: Reach, and then moved on to Halo 4. I didn’t understand why people would want 343 to remove recently added features like sprint and armor abilities, but after trying it out I totally see what everyone is talking about.
Visually, Halo 3 is excellent. The marines on the other hand look like toy dolls heh. Also this game had some of the best secrets you can find.

OT- yeah Halo 3 feels great! Like an old school shooter, brings me back to the good ol’ days of goldeneye & Counter Strike. And it does get better the more you play, unlike what the hater above says. You will eventually notice all the genius subtleties such as level layouts and weapon placements and like it more and more.

I am around 20.000-30.000 matchmaking games and the game still feels as epic as ever. I have seen people with 50.000+ exp.

The more games I play the more I remember how much better this game is.

Yeah, weapon placement seems really important. Since I’m new, I’m being matched with people around rank 5 in Team Slayer, and nobody seems to want to pick up a Battle Rifle. So I pretty much get an unlimited supply of Battle Rifle ammo to use every game! Unfortunately that might change when I play with higher ranked (and more experienced) players.

I would be deeply appreciative if you would refrain from speaking. everyone is entitled to an opinion, Halo 3 will revert to the shrunken shrill when CoD, Assassins Creed, Battlefield, the next free game, and all the big releases are released, -Yoinking!- -Yoink- fanboys
