Hey you broke the trend…your music wasn’t awful. I appreciate that. I was beginning to think that horrible music was required for montages these days.

In my opinion, I didn’t really like the music, and I think it didn’t flow very well.
However, I’m no Mint Blitz or TheReachWay, i’m just an amateur editor giving my opinions.

You’re very welcome. It’s your very first montage and it wasn’t bad.
Some good gameplay here, some constructive criticism though…
Try to reduce the amount of time of the clips where nothing is really occurring. Those fast-forwarded sections could’ve maybe been other clips for example, where you were just running to the action. Also try watching some pro-player montages to pick up some editing techniques and ideas for added flair and effective transitioning.
Also try to incorporate as much ranked MM into your montage as possible, as it is a truer indication of your skill and how you execute in-game on standard/competitive settings. The occasional clip in a more “cheese” game mode could be acceptable depending on the gameplay, and for the most part you were fine in this aspect.
All in all, a good first attempt! Nice job…
