And all i gotta say that is so lame. What is the cap and why is there one? Why should the game say “Hey man, stop playing now because you cant earn any more exp”

It’s by day, not hours, I believe.

Hope so. Was gonna do the campaign on legendary solo, but there is a weekly in campaign for Dawn on legendary, and i cant earn those exp because of this cap

Well yeah, but when tomorrow? is it like the reach challenges who reset at 12:00 everyday?
Cap is to reduce boosting.
How much xp is the cap anyway?
the cap sucks, we voted to remove it, time will tell.
however it has given me a lot of time to get closer and closer to 100% on AC3
I believe the reset in Reach was at 3am pst. I imagine it’s the same for Halo 4.
You cant really boost in this game, But luckily i guess there is a cap, I’m already 58, i’d of been 100+ by now if there wasn’t a cap.
