I can’t get a good experience because it seems my pc can’t render maps and the game well. Its a gaming laptop. This is what I feared, its able to run but it renders poorly. Is there any way I could possibly fix this? I am not a PC tech guy by any means. Here’s how it looks.

That should be more than plenty to run any modern game at at LEAST low, if not med-high. Try updating your GPU drivers.

I did try updating my drivers in the device manager and I got a message saying that Windows determined that my current one was suitable.

Yeah I’ve got 16GB ram and a GTX 1060 and I couldn’t even boot the game. Got some error message about an issue with the graphics card and was lazy and just booted up my xbox haha
EDIT
Error message is: “Could not find compatible Graphics device that supports DirectX 12” Updated my driver and the message still appears but the game launches and runs fine.

I was able to launch the game an hour ago and play weapon drills and training mode, albeit very low quality and sluggish lol. Now I can’t even launch it lmaoooooo

Ur ram and gpu are a little too low for the requirements 16 gib ram and atleast a 1650 is what me and my buddies have come down to
Its not very well optimised on PC at all.
Run some background metrics while playing, you’ll see what i mean.
For some reason it loads more onto your CPU than GPU, im seeing CPU useage around 97% on a Ryzen 7 3600x. And my GPU is sitting at around 30% usage which is strange. For any other game its the other way around.
Thats using a Radeon 5700xt 16GB and 32GB ram.
Really crazy seeing those results.
I reported on this during the last flight but no change seems to have been made.

I’m running it smoothly on medium graphics with a GTX 1060 and 16GB of ram, I just have an error message about my DirectX12 on booting the game
Manage to get the game to run on my toaster fine-ish. 45-60FPS at 1360x760 resolution at the lowest. My VRAM is almost full on my 1050ti with 80-99% usage while my i5-3450 was at 70+% usage and my ram was eatting abit over 8.7GB out my 16GB of ram. So safe to say that 8GB RAM users might have issues with the flight.

You just barely don’t meet the required minimum. And depending on what generation your R5 is, even that might be not enough. The laptop part really probably isn’t helping either.
What resolution are you trying to play at? As you dont quite meet minimuim requirements with your specs, Might just have to drop your resolution and your graphics quality.

yeah… i can see that now. :’( but on the bright side, I just signed up for Xbox All Access and I got a series X on the way. Should help to placate my problems for the next flight. At least thats where the JUICY stuff happens so I’m not too down, I guess.

I was trying to play at 1080 but that didnt work, then I decreased it to like 680 and it still was playing like straight dookie. My graphics quality was at low as well.

It could be where you just don’t quite meet the requirements i know 8gb ram can struggle with more modern games now a days and the game isn’t fully optimized yet especially on PC so might be alright in future but won’t ever be able to run it at a decent quality which is a shame
