So I’ve reached 100 of whatever metric that is for playing the Heroes of Reach, whatever that is. I ddn’t get a prize. Have I been cheated?

Those are levels… if you didn’t buy the Premium battle pass, you get whatever’s labeled ‘free’ in the battle pass prizes at each level (or alternating? don’t remember)
Anyway. If you paid for it and did not unlock what it says in the battle pass, then yeah I’d submit a ticket and let them know you paid for the premium pass and the unlocks aren’t working. If you didn’t, then you should have only gotten the stuff marked ‘free’.
No battle pass, didn’t pay for anything.
