And what a grind it was! I was grinding away buying bare packs of Silver. Unfortunately, I decided to buy the Memories of Reach pack much to my disappointment. Here’s me expecting Emile’s helmet and ended up with Jorge’s Chaingun (not bad but still left me sour.
So, back on subject. I finally ended the silver grind and bought myself a gold pack with some left over points. Fully expecting to finally get the Halo 2 BR! Much, to my dismay 3 packs later. Still no BR. But, them gold packs are a lot nicer now and seem worth it. FINALLY

And I’m unsure really. I was buying gold packs for a long time and I’ve opened ALOT of packs. But, I’m glad the silver grind is finally over.

Prior to Anvil’s Legacy and Monitor’s Bounty, the Prophets’ Bane and the Phaeton Helios were my last unlocks. I got my Halo 2 Battle Rifle at SR 124 back in August.
I’ve been on gold packs for what seems like forever and still haven’t unlocked the H2 BR or any of the magnums. Maybe because I only play social?

I just recently finished a few days ago… that was awful. I also thought I was done, but a gold and got a rare. Turns out I was still missing 2 dmrs, so I had to by one more silver.
I just hope to get helljumper soon.
