This is the third night in a row I have gone to grab my dinner and come back downstairs to see that I have been kicked. This has resulted to me being banned last night and now tonight. I spent $120 to play my favourite video game franchise and all I want to do is play some Arena. Can I do that without being banned please? I haven’t been team killing, I’ve been at the top of the leaderboards and now I can’t play my now favourite game! Thanks 343.
I spent my hard earned money for the campaign basically. My req bundle isn’t giving me my packs grabbing food gets me banned.

While it might ‘look’ like that - there have been issues with people losing connection 9 or 10 times in a row through no fault of their own.
That could be (and probably is) the case here.
343 need to seriously review their banning policy - people didn’t pay for a game not to play.

Don’t start to play a game when your dinner is nearly ready, and if you are one of these people who make disgusting chewing noises on your mic you deserve to be banned imho.

How hard is it to say to yourself " mommy will have cooked my dinner in 10 minutes, perhaps I shouldn’t play arena till I’m done?"

Sorry, but standing around idle in a game because “dinner is ready” is a reason to get banned. 343i said clearly that quitting games and joing games but being idle will result in bans.
I hate players like you who join matches and stand around idle while their team mates try to win a 3v4 game.

No doubt. Some people are having connection issues but he doesn’t mention any so, based on his comments, I assume he quit or was kicked out for idling.

tip: if your dinner is almost ready why start a game?
Good. The banhammer exists for a reason. Your money doesn’t give you the right to ruin other people’s experiences.
Don’t enter matchmaking unless you can finish the game. Enjoy your time out.
