It as been said in the Bulletin that the complete funcionality for file searches is going to be implemented in December, if you want a specific map or you want to search for something cool, just search for them on Youtube (or community creation here, on Halo Waypoint) and download them from your Xbox using the file browser filter adding the Gamertag of the creators.
