So I made exactly the mods I wanted to the breakout map and I wanted to share it so people could play/test/give feedback.
It seems there is no way at all to share/list/play custom maps with anyone except my friends?
In the future you will be able to, right now just advertise your gamertag and as long as people follow you, they can download your maps, also in Halo 5 if somebody takes your map, goes into forge and saves it, it now puts them as the author, so people can steal your maps… I have a youtube channel to prove I made my maps however 
Tell ur friends to pull up ur name in game and its an option.
Well I made a clouded out and darkened Breakout map. No structural changes just visual. If anyone is interested give my saved maps a peak.
