So how crowded will the stores be Nov 6th?

Halo always has the biggest crowds of any midnight release, followed by COD and maybe Gears and some other games? My local Gamestop had already estimated 200 LE copies for the midnight release. I for one am getting there early because I anticipate stuff like this. My Gamestop may even throw in a special treat with something to play while everyone waits nudge nudge

In other states besides Florida which is where I live, how crowded ya’ll think the stores will be?

Most people I know are CoD fanboys. They’ll be more crowded than usual, but not near as crowded as when Black Ops 2 comes out.

Sadly, COD and Halo have always had a competition on the biggest release crowd…but yeah I’m just picturing how packed my Gamestop will be.

Imagine this image, but in real life.

Then times the amount of villagers by 20, and that’s probably how crowded stores will be.

Same here. I’m in the North East of the UK so the GAME stores in Sunderland and Newcastle will probably be crowded…

I can see that.

The gamestop workers by my place are staffed by people who favor Halo over CoD and they usually throw in some extra special prizes and midnight games for Halo fans for every Halo release and it gets pretty darn crowded here.

how unfortunate, most of my friends despise CoD.

the stores are going to be quite crowded, worse at midnight and then during the day you’ll have all the parents looking to get the game for there kids, i can’t stand crowds.

Well in my neck of the woods its always crowded for a Halo game since CE, but I have a feeling I will need to get early considering they have about 500 preorders at my game stop.

Ha, you and me both.

Same here.

It will be very crowded, which is why I am attending the midnight release.

Preorder doesn’t mean you need to be there release day.

> Preorder doesn’t mean you need to be there release day.

Why wouldn’t you be? I know a ton of people want to be there at midnight release.

i pre-ordered it to grab it at midnight, i wanna play it straight away when i grab it at midnight, no use in pre-ordering it and picking it up on the actual day

Crowded you say? That’s why I preorder online!

For my gamestop, there were over 100 people in line for Halo: Reach. I imagine Halo 4 will be alot longer.

Wont bother me anyway live in small town in Ireland near Dublin have game pre-ordered so I’ll be collecting mine at midnight no crowds (unless the whole town turns into halo geeks over night)

I just so happen to be a Halo-favoring Gamestop employee. I’m super excited! and as long as I get my LE copy, I won’t mind how many ppl show up. All my Halo lovin’ peeps shall have a good time over at my store

I’ll be sitting comfortably at home waiting for UPS to come

I’ve done enough midnight releases over the years. I’d rather sleep in and be well rested and fully enjoy the next day of gaming.
