It took me like a week to figure it out. If you just Off min and unlock it they say thats the way to go for pc players but for me I get like 38 fps so I cant do it. my monitor is 240hz but my max fps is 120fps. so I have set min and max to 120. which gives me a solid 70 fps ingame. which is the best I can get. If i vsync it at 120hz it locks it at 60fps. which makes no sense. but if I vsync it to 240hz I get about 115-120 fps at idle and it never drops under 60. I play at around 75-80 at 240hz with min and max set to 120 with vsync off. lol. i7 6700 gtx 1050ti.
