I personally like them and I wish we could use them on more than one core it also makes people sound stupid when they complain about realism(despite the fact we got a flaming head and ninja armor in Halo 3 lol)

For one the flaming helmet was rare because it was locked behind the vidmaster challenge.
Two the helmet was more than enough. We don’t need anything else other than that.

It’s not a helmet, it’s a helmet attachment.
It’s called “purrfect audio” and is part of the Cat Lovers bundle.
I just wish the lore for them was more lore-y. They’re pretty cool in some cases, and could be justified if they had increased sonic range detection for scouts. But the lore is just a quip (Meowlnir I think) which is kinda lame.
But cat ears…. Come on man

Cat ears never belonged in the aesthetics of a halo game.
Halo is a game where you’re supposed to experience the human race fighting against a massive alien threat, the game’s story have been rather serious and the aesthetics have reflected that perfectly.
And now we have -Yoink!- cat ears

I’ve had cats for 40 years, literally. So you’d think I’d be the target demo for this. Yet I absolutely loathe these things and wish they didn’t exist anywhere near the game. The phrase “jumping the shark” very much comes to mind. This is Fortnite level garbage that is turning Halo into a farce.
Worse, a ridiculous amount of people are buying them which sends the signal to Microsoft that it’s acceptable to charge this insane prices and keep making these idiotic cosmetics that is turning Halo into a cartoon shell of itself.
Leave the cat ears to Twitch eGirls that are exploiting thirsty dudes.
