Ay yo 343 can we get a roadmap for the release of that roadmap? Or do we need a roadmap for the roadmap’s roadmap? 4 months and we have nothing new, besides the temporary sample Slayer playlists patch since BTB broke, and a bigger BTB radar. Bungie would be 1/6 done with a whole new Halo game by now.
We’re most likely not going to get any new content until season 2 at the very earliest. Which as much as that sucks I’m okay with because the current state of Infinite is unplayable.
If they make a roadmap, that means they might have to stick to dates. Which clearly 343 isn’t good at doing

Forge lol. I’m expecting forge to get released with so many bugs that anything made in it will be buggy. Thats why we have so few maps.

Tbh I don’t care anymore what happens. 343 is an incompetent developer and has proven to me they were never the ones actually creating Halo. I bet this was their first game.
I believe most of the work that was created from previous titles was created from other studios and is the only reason we ever had content or close to a complete game other than Halo 4.
The one word that keeps popping up in my mind is that 343 is a fraud.
Just thinking through the possibilities:
- They completely gave up on the idea of a roadmap (not likely)
- They forgot about it (not likely)
- They’re working on it and have some uncertainty that they need to resolve before committing just to end up with egg on their face (seems likely)
- They’re wildly in over their heads, still recovering from a year+ of stressful crunch (seems likely)
- They’re getting pressure from MS and from the community that conflict with eachother (seems likely)
