Does no one get tired of hearing all the complaints constantly? Instead of constructive criticism people just complain and say the game sucks because they can’t have something they want. As the title says from what we all know Halo 5 sucks because of the following reasons;
Req Packs just because Johnny may be terrible at the game but has lots of money not fair he can buy these
No Playable Elites
No Unlimited Customisation Of Your Character
Certain Game Modes Not Available At Launch (But Confirmed To Be Coming)
Not Having The Best Graphics Ever
Not Being Like Battlefield/Battlefront Number Of Players
No Split Screen For Campaign
It Is Copying From So And So Game
No Map Creator
No Firefight or Spartan Ops
No Disc In Our Collectors Edition
If I have missed any please feel free to add more. Can we not however just appreciate what we have got?? Is that to much ask, then maybe we can just give constructive feedback as to things we may want or like to be added in the future, instead of throwing full on hissy fits just because we didn’t get our own way?? I mean I don’t really understand what this community wants? It is as if we want Halo to be everything and more, well I am sorry but that is not possible Halo can’t be everything unless we all want Halo to just be in a never ending cycle of development until the end of time???

I can see the no elites thing being a bad reason. But no split screen is an entirely reasonable reason. I have played since halo 1 and it has always had split-screen. And i have always used split screen. Now suddenly halo doesnt have split screen and im expected to buy 2 more consoles to play split screen with my family. Frankly thats -Yoink-. Halo has always had split screen and plenty of people still use it. But you are right im keeping my money

Well its not that we are ungrateful, its just that we don’t have what past Halos have and its a little disappointing to see them take them away from us and not give us much back.
If all we appreciate is what we have then all they have to give us is the bare minimum and we will have a franchise selling to millions but is equivalent to Call of Duty in content. The idea of just appreciating what you have can be silly and this is a good time to find this foolish. All communities strive for their games to be the best that they can be and that’s what we want and that’s what I want everyone for everyone. Please understand that them adding new things has cost us many features that we knew and loved in past Halo games.
We lost Split-Screen, Firefight, and playable elites for Warzone and what has been said as 60fps. But the thing is, Gears of War. A game coming out alongside Halo 5 is coming out with split-screen, horde mode, and playable locusts and a bunch of other cool things. 343 has taken these things away while Gears of War kept then AND added new features.
I’d love to be happy for what we have but we don’t really have much if we’re comparing this to Halo: Reach or Halo 3. Games in the past.

Yes I know my post above is kind of trying to be sarcastic about the complaints above. But as we all know Doom is going to be better because of its map editor we only have forge and have received no information on about what might be added etc but yeah because of Doom anyway it already sucks right???

Dont forget Gow remastered is coming to PC. seriously that is the most based thing i have heard in a long time, especially with cross buy, so now i can buy it and play it on my pc and xbox

I’ve been playing since Halo 2 and I understand how important split screen has been but come on dude. It’s 2015, not 2001-2004. We live in an age of ever growing technology, we’re completely submersed into our little gadgets, and there’s wifi literally everywhere! Split screen yes, was a classic, a fun get together with your friends. A classic. It’s 2015 now. We should play online with our friends now and I’m actually glad H5 is giving us that little nudge

So your telling me that i should be a shut in and never actually hang out with my friends and family? We literally have affordable 60 inch tvs where split screen now makes perfect sense and they are taking it away. Just because some people dont like playing games with others in the same room doesnt mean it should be taken away. Not to mention the only reason i still have consoles is for split screen, i built myself a gaming pc years ago and i play primarily pc games, but that is a solitary online experience, consoles had the advantage with split screen but now they are literally underpowered overpriced pcs
Like I said in another thread people seem to overlook the fact that Halo 5 has a brand new engine, whereas previous Halo games were (as far as I know) always built up from a modified engine of their predecessor. Recycling and reusing saves time, which was not a luxury 343 could afford with Halo 5.
Yes there have been letdowns, but there are still nice things on the horizon. In fact, we should be glad 343 took over from Bungie to continue this franchise instead of letting it die. Just take a moment to realise that you should be glad that there’s actually a game to discuss here.
In short: appreciate what we’re getting, and if Halo 6 is going to use a modified Halo 5 engine, then we might see a more content rich game in the future.
