I enjoy Halo 4. Halo is the only shooter I play so any Halo is a treat.
Apparently I am a noob. I DMR and pro vision all day long with a little hologram mixed in. Good fun.
Ordinance drops are awesome because I feel like I earn them, and I get to use the sniper rifle every now again. I used to avoid it because I suck at sniping and some one always wanted it more. Now I can earn one and it’s mine to suck with if I so choose.
I get why some people don’t like it, but it seems like it keeps the matches dynamic and the scores pretty close.
Playing armor barbies is pretty awesome too.
Betrayers, Idlers, and Quitters are mostly fixed. That’s cool.
Slayer used to feel like a lot of run out - get sniped in the head; or run in - shoot - shoot - melee finish. Now it’s more 4v4 Mexican-standoff style. For better of worse. Who knows.
Slayer could use more good maps though. For sure.
I miss Sword Base though. It was the dumbest funniest map I can recall.
I agree, I love the game. Sure, there are things that could be fixed/better, but it’d be silly to not expect that when every game, including seemingly everybody’s favorite Halo 2, needed stuff fixed.
