OK, so we all know about that Halo 2 Anniversary thing. What I want to know is: If Halo Anniversary is real, do you want 343i to use character models from Halo 4 or do you want them to create entirely new ones?
I would personally want them to use SOME Halo 4 character models. I mean I think the Chief and Cortana look amazing in Halo 4. But I think they should use some new ones for the Covenant, they look too savage in Halo 4 and IMO, they wouldn’t be suited for Halo 2 Anniversary.

Well, they didn’t say they were not going to remake it ever, they said they weren’t working on it at this time which could mean they have plans to remake it in the future

Yes, but that’s because I’m not sure if the character models would fit halo 2

I agree with you to some extent. I mean I think the Halo 4 Covenant wouldn’t work well in Halo 2 Anniversary but some other models (Chief) I would like.
As for vehicles and weapons, I think the Halo 4 models could fit quite well.
I think it’s possible that if a Halo 2: Anniversary does happen they would use the same models for the returning characters, vehicles, weapons, etc. from Halo: CEA (except for John, for they would have him wearing the MJOLNIR MK VI, Johnson and the Marines, for they would be wearing the Marine BDU with M52B Body Armor seen in Halo 3, and the Wraiths because they have the two automated plasma cannons on the side) along with new models from Halo: Reach and Halo 3 for the characters, vehicles, weapons, etc.that made their first appearance (game wise) in Halo 2. As for using models from Halo 4, I’m not so sure. I would imagine they’d keep the graphics engine used in Halo: CEA, with a lot of the same models returning to keep it in, I want to say, the same era as Halo: CEA graphic wise.
i hope it happens because i enjoyed halo 2 and want to enjoy it again also they should do online play
