From what i saw in the bulletin. Flood Mode Infection seems pretty sweet!
I didnt really ever play a whole lot of infection in Halo 3 or Reach but this looks pretty cool, i might start.

Honestly, looks like some glorified version of zombies that I won’t be playing.
Team Slayer, come at me.
I love zombie games, I love zombie based game modes… but I think flood mode might take the cake.

Sounds tweaked to perfection. That aside im still making a halo 3-type infection game mode along with some maps made to fit with that game type

From what i’ve seen so far it looks like it’ll be alright, but I don’t think ten players is enough. what happens when people rage quit after spawning as flood or being infected right after they spawn, the games are going to feel really empty very fast in a average game.
I remember when infection in reach was only 8 players, so they bumped up the number, I think they’re going to have to do it again, and personally I hope they do, a horde of 9 zombies won’t feel much like a horde to me
It looks pretty cool, even if it is just a tweaked Infection.
I think it’s an improvement that’s been a long time coming.
I hope the classic “pretend zombie” infection comes back in the form of a classic alternate gametype just to represent the modes custom-game roots, but over all I LOVE it.
I git to hand it to 343, not putting Flood in campaign but going through the trouble to render flood models for MM was certainly sometime you didn’t have to do- but shows me you do care about MM and the fans of it.
I’m guessing/hoping the Flood are slightly resistant to head-shots (like takes at least 2 shots to the head vs 1)
To me its just a Slapped on a new skin and that enough for people to call it a revolution in the gametype but I know people are going to be “OMGSZZZZ ITS GOING TO BE AWESOME” just for the sure fact you get to play a infection form of a Spartan.
