I was generous with my patience to start with but I am getting so fed up with trying to play mcc now. Trying to get into matchmaking is the worst experience on xbox live I have witnessed in 8 years.
I wait 20 minutes to get into a game online only to find that I have been kicked or that the teams are not equal. The amount of games I have played where my team starts of 3v4 is ridiculous. One game I even played 3v6 on a 4v4 game.
I bought the game for the sole purpose of matchmaking and custom games, both of which fail.
I understand that 343 are doing what they can to resolve the issues but to be quite frank its not good enough, we shouldn’t make a purchase to then have to wait weeks, likely months to actually be able to play what I intended to play.
Im also getting frustrated by the community telling people to stop complaining, as a consumer you have a right to complain if something is wrong with your purchase, don’t let people stop you from doing that.
On the other hand I do appreciate the fact that an attempt has been made to reproduce halo, my favourite games of all time. The visual detail is stunning and for the parts that have worked, I have enjoyed it greatly.

Being a longtime Halo player myself, for 10 years, I feel the same way. This type of issue was never even thought of as possible regarding a Halo game. However I do not believe that 343i does not care. I’m sure that they are under a lot of pressure to get the game fixed. Some say that there was just another update for multiplayer, so go check it out and see if the update (if there is in fact an update), actually amounts to something.
The update has gotten matchmaking for me solo at least to an acceptable level.
Lol it’s still the same for me. Still can’t find a game more then half the time.
Matchmaking is 100 percent broken now. Game loads and says “game over”
