I can’t unmute anyone. My settings are: Mute Voice Chat - Not Muted; Control Voice Chat - All Players. Everyone has a mute symbol over their heads. Any help?
I’m getting the same issue and unmute has a lock on it where you can’t select to unlock. Every one is muted. Can we get some help or advice on this issue.

Sounds like lag due to the updating of the servers perhaps. I recommend turing off your xbox. If that doesn’t work, wait till tomorrow. The Update is happening now or soon and is probably the reason.
